Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital

I must say, this team truly surprised me with the speed on getting me in and out. But most importantly the bedside manner and attentiveness. I was immediately taken to the back, diagnosed and treated in a matter of minutes. Less than 4 hours at an emergency room is expert to me. Especially considering I was just waiting for my meds to finish in my IV. So overall great job Saint Agnes ER. Shoutout to Dr. Keating and his nurses.

Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, supportive, helpful, and diligent. That made a huge difference in trust with the level of care given. I trusted the doctors and the hospital staff and was able to do so comfortably because of consistently positive experiences throughout my surgery process with every area of St Agnes that I encountered.

this place is a joke. we took a friend to the ER last night at 11 because she was in pain with every breath. facilities were disgusting, trash, food and vials scattered across the floor. all of the nurses and admin were extremely short with us, cold and unhelpful. after waiting for ages and being told that she could have a blood clot in her lungs, she was given a ct scan and an xray. The x ray techs were the only ones who were even remotely compassionate. at nearly 3 in the morning, the nurse came to the waiting room and told her she was being discharged. she never saw a doctor, never had her symptoms taken seriously, and was told to take MOTRIN and ride it out. save your money and go anywhere else because this place will rob you blind and throw you out on the curb. she left crying, tired, frustrated and in the same physical condition she arrived, just with a $$$ bill. not the main problem but also they play "twinkle twinkle little star" every hour after 1am and it feels like a cruel reminder that you are at the hospital in the middle of the night.
