I recently delivered a beautiful baby girl. Dr. Mendoza was absolutely amazing. The team at the hospital took great care of baby and I. Donna in Labor and delivery treats everyone as if they were her family. She is so sweet, and really knows her stuff. The night nurse Jamie was awesome! He helped my partner learn how to care for baby while I was sleeping. He is encredibly thoughtful and caring. He made sure not only I was comfortable, but my partner was as well. I highly recommend their Labor and Delivery team.

I went in with low hopes because of reviews it was my first time going to this hospital, but once I got there everything went smoothly. Staff are very kind, understanding, and respectful. I was in the hospital for about 4 days and Nurse Amie and Stephanie were amazing and attentive. Very kind and understanding. Nurse Amie has been an angel sent from God. Couldn’t have gone through the hospital visit without them. The anesthesia team made sure I was ok and comforted me. Dr. Cha is also incredible made sure my situation was well taken care of. This hospital has amazing staff.

I had a wonderful experience at the MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center, Radiology department. From the first interaction at reception to the last imaging technician assigned to my care, I felt comfortable, cared for, and respected. In particular, Dr. Saxon, the radiologist, was reassuring, responsive, and checked in to ensure I was doing well during my procedure. It is a rare thing for a doctor to walk you through exactly what is going to happen and what is happening at each step. I found it extremely reassuring and calming. Highly recommend this place to women looking for any imaging that is needed.
