I can’t say enough good things about the care I received during my recent hospital stay. From the moment I arrived at the ER, I was seen quickly and treated with urgency and compassion. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable — making sure I was warm, checking on me often, and answering every question I had with patience and care. Once they discovered I needed to be admitted and have surgery, the attentiveness didn’t stop. Every nurse, doctor, and staff member I encountered made me feel at ease, despite the pain and uncertainty I was feeling. They were prompt in answering my call lights, ensured I was well taken care of, and even took time to have short conversations with me — which made a huge difference when you’re stuck in the hospital by yourself. What made the experience even more comforting was seeing familiar faces. I was back in the same hospital where I delivered my baby just over a year ago, and some of the same staff were there again this time. That familiarity, combined with their kindness, made all the difference in turning a difficult situation into something a little more bearable. I truly felt cared for on every level — physically, emotionally, and even socially in those quiet moments. I would absolutely recommend this hospital to anyone needing care. They made my stay, surgery, and recovery process smoother, faster, and far less lonely than I expected. Thank you to every single person who took part in my care — you made all the difference.

I don’t have enough words to say about how amazing the entire L&D staff is. From the doctors, to the nurses, lactation consultants, they provided much comfort and motivation for my emergency c-section and after the surgery they continued to not only help guide my husband and I on how to care for our premature baby, but they always and continue to support my decisions as a mother. I genuinely hope those in the administration side of the hospital realize and appreciate their staff. I have never had a problem with any staff they all are just amazing human beings and you can tell just by their actions that enjoy what they do.

My daughter delivered her baby here and it was not an easy birth. The nursing staff was attentive, helpful and knowledgable. They did a great job with her and the baby. The person in the gift shop was kind enough to walk us straight to the cafeteria, and showed us where the relaxation room was in case we needed it. I got turned around after hours trying to get out and the nurse was kind enough again to walk me to where I need to exit. I my experience most would just point and provide directions, these people took the extra time to make sure I got where I needed to be.

This odds for the nurses in the ER and the sty on third floor medical side. They were very nice and took my situation for being in the hospital with great care. The ER doctor was left me worried. After trying to explain what I was feeling describing my symptoms the comment “well I don’t know what to tell you about that “ was not very comforting nor the reply you give someone in his position.
