I had a wonderful experience at Menorah Medical Center. Every staff member I encountered was kind, professional, and attentive. The procedure went smoothly and I felt well cared for throughout my stay. It’s clear that patient comfort and quality care are top priorities here. From day one, this has been the best medical center I have come across. As a team they are outstanding. I love the way these professionals work together. If the doctors are explaining something to me, the nurse will ask me, "do you understand the doctors instructions?" I never ask the doctor questions, and I never talk about other problems that I may have. I trust my complete health to Menorah Medical Center.

My husband and I are very pleased with the care he receiving during his admission. His nurses, Luke and Kevin on the 3rd floor, are absolutely amazing so sweet, respectful, and attentive. I’ve worked in a hospital before and have been in plenty of hospitals, and I can honestly say their work ethic stood out. Every time we called, they came into my husband’s room within minutes, never making us wait. They not only made sure my husband was comfortable, but they also went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable too even though I wasn’t the patient. That kind of kindness means so much. For example, when my husband asked for a warm blanket, they brought one for him and one for me as well, without me even asking. Little gestures like that truly made us feel cared for and helped ease the stress of being in the hospital. A few other things they did that amazed us. Luke and Kevin are wonderful nurses, and my husband and I truly wish we ran into people like them every day. They deserve to be recognized and bragged about! 9-3-25
