My family member was in the ER this past weekend and we had to stay a few days. We got right in (-5 minutes). Staff was great and it was a good experience. Definitely a difference from other hospitals we have gone to across the metro. We would like to give especially outstanding praise to nurse Regina. She was outstanding! If we ever have any future issues, we are definitely coming back here

Mackenzie F Howard was such a waste of time and money. She doesn’t have good bedside manner, and she treats her patients like a number. She doesn’t build rapport, listen or seem to care. I’ve seen her a few times due to excessive urination and protein in urine( blood). She found it appropriate for me to seek PT for pelvic floor exercises instead of treating the infection. Even with the infection being evident in my urine and what appeared to be stones in my kidney appearing on the CT scan, she still denied treatment. She failed to request blood work to ensure the infection hadn’t or turned into something worse, like Sepsis or Staphylococcus. She definitely did not due her due-diligence. I am seeing a urologist else where and they are taking all the necessary steps after my first visit. I do not recommend Mackenzie as a provider.

Have had absolutely great care through both surgery and radiation treatments for breast cancer. Everyone was very caring, polite, and knowledgeable. I could not have asked for better care.
