I received excellent care at St. TERESA'S for my total hip replacement surgery. The nursing staff are extremely experienced. Jesus, and Denise (day & night) were so thoughtful and happy to care for anything I needed. They consistently inquired about my level of pain, and managed it expertly. Their staff and my nurses as well always kept my room clean and removed items when apparent. I sure appreciate all the personal care and updates on my condition. Thanks to them all.

First time I went there was after I walked out of st Joesph er, who seen someone for a loose tooth in front of me. I went to st Theresa and they did emergency appendectomy. I love St. Theresa. Am so thankful for the imaging center. Dr. Tanner specifically, had she not seen something minute on my ultra sound. The cancer would have grown. She sent me for a biopsy. That is when they found it. This is a beautiful facility. They have always taken good care of me. 6/25 Update : Went to E.R. Dr., was professional and knowledgeable combined with the nurses and all staff. I came in late on a Sunday night. They were punctual and knew exactly what was wrong in less than an hour. I had to be hospitalized, everyone took great care of me. The only slight issue I had and this is an ongoing issue for all nurses. They were short staffed. They however handled my care perfectly. Thank You St.Theresa I will always go to see you.

My daughter was seen at St. Theresa ER after experiencing vomiting, stomach pain, and a fever. The doctor who saw her barely examined her — he only pressed on her stomach without asking where it hurt, and immediately suggested a CT scan, mentioning cancer risks from radiation and leaving it up to us to decide. He did not check her lungs, heartbeat, or throat, and did not initially order any labs or imaging besides the CT. I called the nurse Morgan, who was kind and thorough. She checked my daughter’s throat and agreed to run blood work, a urinalysis, and an ultrasound — all of which came back normal. When my husband asked if our daughter could drink water, the doctor responded, “If she has appendicitis, would you want her to have water?” and then left the room, closing the door behind him. We later asked if another doctor was available, but were told he was the only one on duty until 10:30 p.m. The CT scan also showed nothing concerning. When we asked the doctor what could be wrong, he said, “Your guess is as good as mine.” If Dr. Li is the attending physician, go to different ER. We left the hospital frustrated, with no answers, and very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and compassion shown.

Cannot say enough about the professionalism and friendliness of the nurses, doctors and staff. The hospital is relatively new, clean and very well maintained. The rooms are large with comfortable accommodations for visitors. If your insurance allows, I would definitely recommend you select St. Teresa as your first choice for healthcare.
