I was lucky to get a massage session with Ava as my therapist. The place was clean and professional looking, and I instantly felt comfortable despite it being my first time getting a massage. Ava was incredibly professional and treated all of my concerns with a high level of knowledge and respect. I highly recommend going to Ashgrove if you are looking for places that treat you with compassion and care.

The RMTs here are incredibly kind and give great massages. The place is clean, great atmosphere and very calming. I love the direct billing option as well as the ability to make and change your appointments online. The website even includes a calendar that you can add or with a link to add the event to your own. Everything is so convenient!

The RMT’s are absolutely amazing!!! I have been to each one and they are all fabulous, each has their own special talent. I have been for both pre-natal and post-natal massages. I bring my baby along now and each RMT is so understanding and goes with the flow if I need to pause to tend to baby. They all make you feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed, which is essential. The spa is clean and organized. I am so thankful that I discovered Ashgrove! Highly recommend 💕
