Loved my experience at Asia Yoga NYC. Located in the heart of midtown and just west of Herold Square, so easy to get to! The class itself was taught by the founder, Asia herself! It was a perfect flow and we even got the opportunity to workshop and practice some more advanced poses. Asia catered to all the different levels of the group and settled us down for an incredibly relaxing savasana after we flowed. Thank you!
Asia leading me through the sun salutation series had me feeling like a warrior… and the end of class shivasana had me adrift in my subconscious, almost dreaming. Awesome class, will definitely visit again next time i’m in the city ! I also loved the goodies she had at the front of class. The candles were so delicious I couldn’t resist… Thank you!
A little yoga studio with friendly teachers and beautiful space! The class size is usually less than 8 people, since they're new. Plenty space to stretch. The yoga props are top notch ❤️ Teachers care about poses and and how students are doing too. A great addition to Midtown West.
