Sui Yoga & Spa Thermae

Took a class here and really enjoyed how thoughtful everything was put together. Will be going again. I did enjoy the Sui Wild Flow class, it definitely lives up to the name because I’ve never done a flow that quick.I took the class Friday evening. Should work on consent though. Not everyone wants to be adjusted without their consent, and each individual’s practice is their own regardless of what other’s think it should look like. Please do better.

Sui Yoga is the best place to practice yoga in NYC. The care and attention to detail that go into the space and each class make every experience unique and restorative. The community at Sui is also very vibrant, and the staff are brilliantly creative, filling the space with so much life and joy. Every single class and teacher consistently hit the mark. Sarah Bess’ Soul Flow is especially transcendent - easily the most powerful and transformative yoga class I’ve ever taken in my life.

One if the best Yoga experiences I’ve ever done! We took a 1:15h class with Victor. How he guided through the class, the music, the vibe - all in sync and word class! Highly recommended! Grab a coffee upstairs or get some work done before your class.
