I hate to say this, but I had a disappointing experience at your West Village location this weekend for the 3pm class. I was excited to try the intro package but was unfortunately a few minutes late and was rudely apprehended by your front desk clerk. I understand why your on time policy is so strict, but it needs to be displayed prominently when booking a class and I shouldn’t feel like I’m getting rejected from a night club when I’m trying to take a Sunday afternoon yoga class. It’s seems against the entire ethos of the practice of yoga. Maybe your clerk was having a bad day but that’s no way to treat a first time customer (being rude, not offering solutions, and being extraordinarily difficult when I asked for help in processing a refund - please forward this review to her!).

Just took my first class with Daniel and it was amazing. It’s a beautiful studio and he taught such a great class - so peaceful and positive. I’ll definitely be back to his classes! Highly recommend.

Please put Franz and Reed back on the 9am schedule. I really dislike the 3-months schedule and please make these two a set class!!!!! I want both Reed and Franz back to Sculpt classes at 9am.
