We were reassured Sunday my wife could come back without me to make a change after a note was adding on her current account. She went back and then was told she needed me there on Tuesday. And they could not do anything for her. We both went together Wednesday and now her name didn’t match in their system so they can’t do anything without a manager. We’re told to come back when one’s in. Shouldn’t take 4 visit to do such a simple task.
