Customer experiences
We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was absolutely perfect! From the relaxing whirlpool to the amazing massages and rejuvenating facials, everything felt so peaceful and romantic. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, and the staff made us feel completely taken care of from start to finish. Our massage therapists really listened to what we needed, and we both left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and connected. The locker rooms were clean and comfortable too. We couldn’t have asked for a better anniversary experience — highly recommend for couples looking to unwind and celebrate together!
Staff at Atasia were wonderful & demonstrated true customer service. Freddy Tan gave me the Best massage I have ever had. Truly fround tension areas that I didn't even know existed. I had whirlpool, steam room & 90 minute massage.
We called the morning of and luckily we were able to book a 15 minute session in one of their mineral whirlpool baths for later that afternoon. The staff was very friendly and informative. We were escorted back to the changing area where we were provided with a locker to put our valuables in. Also, inside of the locker was a clean robe and a pair of sandals for us to wear. The whirlpool was very relaxing and calming. I highly liked that it was private and we didn't have to share with other people. You can wear as little as you would like. Definitely recommend if you're in town visiting.
Mixed review - services were standard. I got one of the packages. However, i didn't like that after spending 2.5hrs relaxing, it culminated leaving a giant grease ball!! They put an obnoxious amount of oil and lotion that didn't absorb all the way and even worse it got everywhere in my hairline and scalp. I felt so gross afterwards. The showers have no privacy either so i didn't feel comfortable showering. I wouldn't go back to the spa.
Atasia Spa is a spa.
