As an international student moving to Regina with my pet, finding a pet-friendly suite was quite challenging. Thankfully, I found Avana! The suite is in the East, close to Costco and other amenities, in a safe and clean neighborhood. The suite itself is very new, and the rental experience has been excellent. The realtor specialist was very supportive, and the property manager, Hussein Davis, has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. I truly appreciate the prompt assistance and great service.

Finding a home from overseas was not easy, but Jay made the whole process so much smoother. He responded quickly to my emails and gave me tremendous support, so when I arrived in Regina I was able to secure a home almost right away and settle in quickly with my children. Jay understood my needs very well and recommended a house that was perfect for my family. We are very satisfied with this neighborhood. Also, whenever there has been an issue with the house, Avana’s office has handled it incredibly fast, which has been very impressive. Overall, I am very happy with Jay’s help and Avana’s service.

Our experience renting from Avana was really amazing. Especially coming from out of country, we felt really welcomed in Regina and part of it was thanks to Lori, our amazing property manager. She was helpful and kind during every step of the way, from moving in, solving any issues we had in the property and apartment, and moving out.
