Bald Cypress Builders LLC

Working with Bald Cypress on our home addition and remodel was the best decision we could have made, and we are absolutely thrilled with the outcome! Matt and Amelia are highly communicative and transparent throughout the entire process, and work with fantastic project managers (shout out to Gus and Conner) and subcontractors. The project was completed on budget and within a week of the initial estimate! Our new spaces are beautiful, well-constructed, and blend well with our existing home. These are good people who do good work.

Wow. Bald Cypress has been wonderful to work with. Matt, Amelia, and their team are the best! I’ve even referred two other people to them in the past month. They’re just good people. They’re honest and very hard working. We did a MAJOR remodel, and it stayed on schedule. We moved out on March 20, and the house was done by the end of August, only a couple of weeks off the scheduled end date. How often does that happen with a remodel? They are also extremely responsive. If we had a question or concern, they would get back to us as soon as they could, usually by the end of that day or first thing the next morning.They use an app called CoConstruct that helped us communicate with them, and kept us informed. It was also used to make selections, etc… They also got me in touch with an interior designer (Priscilla Ertel /Haven + Harbor) that helped me immensely. She helped me make selections while helping me stay within our budget. We moved back into our house almost a month ago, so we are going through our “punch list” right now. They continue to be responsive, coming to fix and work on small things that need some extra attention. We have no regrets going with Bald Cypress. They did very good work, stayed on schedule, and were very responsive. And on top of that, we just enjoyed being around them. As I said, they’re just good people. (The only reason I didn’t click on “good value” above is because the remodel we did cost a good bit of money, but it’s not Bald Cypress’s fault we did an extensive renovation. They did top notch work!) I’ve attached photos. These spaces aren’t the only ones remodeled, but I wanted you to get an idea of the work they did.
