I visited the bank to deposit a check, and although there was a long line, one of the staff members kindly approached me and took me to her cabin. She helped me deposit the check right away, and my work was completed within minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making the whole process smooth and quick. As usual, the ambience was pleasant, and everything was handled on time. I'm very satisfied with the service.

Been a long time member for over a decade and had a terrible experience with their mortgage agent M. Biggest issue was the lack of communication. I would be given a specific time to be called, just to wait for an hour after for them to call. Voice-mail box is always full so I couldn't even leave a message. Emails wouldn't be answered. They clearly show that there's no such thing as a valued customer here. Because of this experience im closing my accounts and moving to another bank.

I have no complaints about BOA as a financial institution, but the staff at this NB branch are not customer friendly. I walked in on my way to work a couple of times for minor questions regarding a money transfer, and they always seem annoyed, and state rudely that I should have made a prior appointment, even though most of the service staff are just sitting at their computers by themselves. If they are working with other clients, I am of course happy to wait for my turn, but why so much attitude!? The staff at Chase Bank just one block down George St are so much more nicer.
