I visited the bank to deposit a check, and although there was a long line, one of the staff members kindly approached me and took me to her cabin. She helped me deposit the check right away, and my work was completed within minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making the whole process smooth and quick. As usual, the ambience was pleasant, and everything was handled on time. I'm very satisfied with the service.

My experience with this particular institution was awesome. All the women that were working that day were very courteous and extremely polite. They handled my issue promptly and efficiently with no snags. I would definitely do business there again.

Been a long time member for over a decade and had a terrible experience with their mortgage agent M. Biggest issue was the lack of communication. I would be given a specific time to be called, just to wait for an hour after for them to call. Voice-mail box is always full so I couldn't even leave a message. Emails wouldn't be answered. They clearly show that there's no such thing as a valued customer here. Because of this experience im closing my accounts and moving to another bank.
