I just got to say Banner Property Management has been managing my rental properties for about 5 years, and they've done a great job. Yes there's been some challenges but ever time Rob would rise to the occasion and get it taken care of. Thank you Banner Property Management and Thank You Rob.

I had an awesome experience using Banner Property Management services. As an investor my goal was to just have someone take care of collecting my rental income for me and depositing to my accounts and Rob did an excellent job of doing so. I also was hands off on anything involved with my property and Rob made the process extremely easy for me as I live out of state I needed property management that would take care of us. He did exactly that. Rob also takes care of some of my family that owns rental property in the state of Utah and they are very happy with his service. I wish I could use his services where I live now as well. I recommend Banner Property Management Services and Rob to anyone looking to help manage property. Rob is an extremely good property manager. I have two properties in which Rob has found excellent renters. He is very responsive and usually answers my calls, very rare that anyone picks up a call before going to voicemail anymore. He handles the repairs in a timely manner and keeps an eye on making sure they are done for a fair price.
