Kaajal NaranI went for a spa pedicure. I was disappointed with the experiences. Pedicure service was not done properly. Upon my inspection, it was not cut and filed properly. I’ve asked for short nails few times but it was not as I expected. Your lady filed my one toe hard that it hurt my skin. And my feet was not filed properly - It feel hard as it should have been soft. And when the nail polish was applied, it was very poorly done. Next day, I woke up feeling sore on my feet and I realised your lady must have been rough. I am finding it difficult to walk around with sore feet. I paid Rs 2000. Other salons included detan without extra charge. I don’t think it really fair after the experience I received. I kindly did request a refund but was told to come again for redo. I am busy with work and not getting time due to festive season, and my feet is sore to get redo done. I am a business owner. I made sure my clients get their best services without compromising anything and know how to do damage control immediately. I have been in the industry for many years and never received very poor services. I don’t think it is acceptable! The pics speak for proof

Since I have sensitive skin and tend to get reactions immediately, I informed them beforehand, and they were extremely careful and gentle throughout the process. A special shoutout to Swati Tai—she is an absolute sweetheart! Her hard work, skill, and warm approach made me feel comfortable, and she did a fantastic job. Thank you so much for the wonderful service.
