I’m so impressed with BMG! When my stove and microwave stopped working, I reached out for help, and they responded quickly. Within no time, a technician came out to replace both appliances. The whole process was smooth, thanks to our property manager, Joy, who kept me informed and ensured everything was done efficiently.

When we first moved in, the property was in great condition, particularly the kitchen! I even took some photos to capture how great it looked. I’m sharing one here so everyone can see! It almost seemed too good to be true, but then I learned that Joy, our property manager, was the one who made sure everything was set up for us. Thanks to her, the house truly felt like home.

Enrique Lizarraga has been our main contact at Bay Property Management and he has been nothing but helpful since we first moved in! We absolutely love our spot and Enrique has been incredibly kind and prompt in responding to any maintenance requests we’ve had along the way. He always explains everything in full and remains extremely friendly and professional along the way. Cannot recommend him enough!
