Good morning everyone Well I have been renting here for almost 13yrs.I've always paid my rent on time,and NEVER missed a payment. I told Liss Property about a problem with the back door on Oct-27-23,they have yet to fix the door.They supposedly be ordering one,and I'm still waiting My door ti my apartment kept locking me inside since May-24.They keep telling me that they are going to fix it.Well I'm still waiting???I guess someone has to get hurt FIRST Well I'm still waiting. John from the office came to my apartment tin the beginning of March he said I definitely need a door.He called Christian to show him the door.They agreed that I needed a new one,IT'S now the end of March,and I still don't have a door,and they are acting like I didn't even say anything.I'll keep y'all informed about the door.I bet I'll be on here again next week about these same issues.This is so sad.
I've been working with them for some time and the service is excellent. They really care about the clients. Good service.
