DeSantis Property Management

I would strongly caution anyone considering this company for property management. The experience I had was extremely disappointing for both landlord and tenant relations. I hired them to manage my property as I live in another state. At the beginning, their pitch made it seem like they were organized and professional. However, once they had my business, the service quickly declined. Communication was poor, charges for “maintenance” were added without itemized proof, and when I requested an itemized statement, I was told by an administrator that “they don’t do that.” Instead, they would provide a typed note saying the work was done — which is not acceptable or transparent. Payments were inconsistent and incomplete. Despite the property being well-kept and problem-free, I often received only a fraction of what was owed — sometimes just a third of the rent — with no proper explanation. In all my experience, I’ve never encountered a property management service that operated with so little accountability. If you value clear communication, transparency, and professionalism, I do not recommend using this company. They are definitely scamming and should not be in the business.

Kasey was absolutely wonderful! She was so sweet and patient while helping me with my issue. She really took the time to listen and made sure everything was resolved. It’s rare to come across someone so kind and genuinely helpful. I truly appreciate her support and would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs assistance.

My experience with DeSantis has been GREAT since day 1. From viewing the property to assistance with setting up utilities at my new place. The online portal is awesome, and the property manager Judy has answered ALL my questions and been there for me during the entire process. Judy is definitely an asset to the company.
