My husband went in to address a chest cold that would not go away (10 days +). He was in and out in 15 minutes. Nice but not good as he was prescribed an antibiotic and sent on his way. Two days later, he had not improved. He went to another urgent care facility and received care taking more than 40 minutes. Upon leaving the new facility, he felt better simply for having received a thorough evaluation! We hope his health improves soon but it won't be due to the level of care he received from Bay.
