The All Star Team! I checked in with Emily, she was amazing & helpful. Krista B. & Jake helped me tremendously to feel comfortable during my visit & make sure I was taken care of. Additionally, Dr. Richard is the BEST doctor. He made me feel very comfortable, he was thorough, and took the time to explain everything to me without rushing. It has been a long time since I’ve had such an outstanding experience. Y’all are a dream team, thank you again so much!

On February 13th 2026 at exactly 3:27pm my dad and i arrived and was greeted by Kaylin the receptionist she was OUTSTANDING! She greeted us with a big smile answered questions and provided us with good customer service. Our medical doctor was Dr Christopher Dunnahoo, he was great as well nice and professional. His assistant nurse i don’t remember her name but was not very friendly at all. She didn’t know any nursing terminology when i asked nurse related questions, she brushed me off when questions were asked. She wasn’t very friendly to my dad which was the patient receiving care! He has a bit of dementia and needed a Foley catheter inserted and he moved the sterile items she has laying on him and she instantly got an attitude. I’m a firm believer it’s not what you do it’s how you do things and how you address a confused patient. However i will continue to go here but i have had other great experiences taking my dad here but i don’t won’t her ever assisting giving care to me or my dad with that attitude.

I just left Baylor Scott & White Keller feeling so so blessed for the care provided for my 88 yr old dad. EVERY single one was just amazing, from the front desk, to the radiologist, to the doctor and nurse. Every one was so empathetic and helpful. Special thanks to RN Mo. You were a true Angel today. You listened, you were compassionate and you did not give up until my father was taken care of and feeling better. You are truly appreciated.
