Customer experiences
I brought my friend here around 1:30PM on September 27th. She had excruciating back pain related to a recent surgery. Check in was simple and quick. It was less than five minutes when the nurse called us back to a room. The nurse was extremely pleasant and Once she got all the information she needed, She left the room and said she’d have the doctor come right in. It was no more than five minutes and the doctor came in and acknowledged my friend’s needs and a treatment plan. After they treated her with some pain relief, They released her in less than 30 minutes. To my disbelief, The doctor and the nurse escorted us out to the parking lot to our car. The doctor carried her walker and put it in my car. We could have never asked for better care. I have been to Mansfield BSW several times myself and I Would recommend this facility to anyone wanting excellent care. The Dr. is L. Blankenship. I couldn’t promise valet service to Anyone going there, But I will continue to go there for all my Emergency needs and recommend them to anyone needing Excellent Emergency care.
Went to the hospital this afternoon 1/13/26 around 2pm to have my daughter treated who was having breathing issues. The doctors and nurses were great and my only problem is with the woman that works the front desk. Almost immediately after signing paperwork I was presented with attitude. She told me the price (1200) and I was a little shell shocked and asked a few questions which were met with her being extremely short and assertive with me. As we got discharged we went to the front to figure out payment. When I asked for an itemized bill I was met with more attitude and assertiveness. She got louder and with every small question I asked, her only response was "So youre not going to pay anything towards your $1200 bill today?!" I honestly would've paid some money towards it, but the aggressiveness and attitude was so intense I decided to just wait for the bill. A little kindness goes a long way. If I'm asking questions its because I don't understand. Having to talk to her after a traumatic afternoon with my child was deeply upsetting.
I spoke with the nurse Ashley I had just come two days ago for my hernia and upper G.I. issues I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time, but my stomach wasn’t working well with the medicine I was prescribed at the time of my visit actually took 30 minutes overtime to come out in the waiting area so I didn’t have to be checked in again to talk to me and explain to me what I’m doing is a great job. You can just feel her spirit her ability to connect with people It’s truly unmatched she is an amazing woman, and I am so grateful for her!
My daughter recently received care at this hospital and was extremely impressed with the professionalism and compassion of the entire medical team. Dr. Walker ___ took the time to listen, explain her condition clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The nursing staff and support team were attentive, kind, and responsive to every need. I’m truly grateful for the excellent treatment I received and highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking quality care
