Baymont by Wyndham Fort Wayne

Very nasty and dirty. Roaches were everywhere. I saw them on the wall, floor, and even crawling on the bed. The safety lock on my door was broken. The window unit AC was installed haphazardly and there was a big gap where anyone could look in. It looked as if people of questionable character were living there also. People were sitting outside rooms in the parking lot smoking and watching everything. I was actually worried about leaving my car unattended. I am an animal lover but some had loud dogs and I saw a cat in another window. I didn't stay. I immediately checked out. The guy at the front desk was very rude and would not give me a refund. I found a deal online and booked a room at the Motel 6 next door. I was more than happy with my stay at the Motel 6. It was a thousand times better than the Red Carpet Inn. I contacted Hotels.com to get a refund. They were very helpful and got me an immediate refund. I also suggested that they remove this business from their website. I use Hotels.com often and I know this is not a place that they would want to or should promote whatsoever.

Do not stay here ever I’m begging you don’t do it. It’s absolutely disgusting and they make sure to tell you it’s nonrefundable, but they don’t tell you when you get into your room. You got roaches everywhere I couldn’t even warm up. My food roaches were coming out of the microwave roaches in the trashcan roaches as I walked in the front door pull back my bed covers. I got roaches in the bed but they don’t wanna refund my $67.80 Because I damn sure would be going to another motel

I didn't stay i was glad there is a hotel 6 next door. I was more than happy to stay at the motel 6. I am still trying to get a refund. They will take your money and if you don't like the dirty nasty bug infested rooms they just keep your money and doesn't care if you refuse to stay. They just tell you to go next door to motel 6 and keep your money 💰.
