Great hotel! We arrived and they have a complimentary happy hour with beer and wine. That was nice for an evening sitting in the lobby and chatting with our friends. Great rooms very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was decent I just was not very hungry that morning. Coffee was good.

I was very disappointed due to the fact I am traveling from Colorado back home to Arkansas and needed a room. My husband phoned the hotel after 1230 am 09/01 and spoke with William, who said that if I didn't arrive by 3am, he would need to book a reservation. Furthermore NEVER offered to book one, never offered ANY other assistance but that it needed to be book on line. Going to their website it said 242 for one night, so my husband went into booking.com and got a room for 174 with tax. However upon arriving William advised that it would have to be canceled and I would have to pay another 174 to get a room. Unfortunately to cancel the reservation I wouldn't get any of my funds back. So needless to say here I sit trying to sleep in my car with my child so I can get the rest of the way home. But after pure frustration and out 174 I'm wide awake. If you are needing a room, DO NOT believe their false advertisement of great customer service. No accommodations were made so I'm still out and they have plenty rooms available. DO NOT STAY HERE. NO COMMUNICATION ON THEIR PART

Good place, good facilities, breakfast option available. Parking space available. Diners are available nearby. Walmart and other stores are just opposite to this place. There is no shops inside though. Rooms are pretty decent.

I've stayed here a couple of times before. It seems clean, and I slept well--which is the main criterion I have for a hotel. It's basically a dependable place to stay, as good as you're going to do in Dumas. I knocked it down one star because of a couple of things: ||I'm not sure about the folks behind the front desk. When I made the reservation, I specifically asked for a room facing away from the highway (otherwise expect plenty of noise from semi trucks roaring down the highway). When I checked in, the desk clerk said they'd reserved my room "facing the highway, just like you requested." There was a sign on the desk advising that roofing work was being done, that some of the foam could blow off onto customer's cars, so "park on the south side of the building". The guy at the desk had no idea what any of that meant. I went out and talked to the guys doing the work and they said they were finishing up the whole project that afternoon. ||Watch that you don't get a room next to the laundry room. Mine was, luckily no one did laundry at night, though the sign said it was open until midnight. That could ruin a night's sleep. Someone did do laundry in the morning and the washer made really loud groaning noises you cold hear down the hall--and loud in my room.||Breakfast was okay if you're into continental breakfast and waffles stuff. As far as meat and eggs, they served polish sausage in a maple sauce, which seemed pretty strange.
