Pros: Cheap rate. Clean room. Cons: Not in the best area, I carry so no issues for me personally. Other guests can be extremely loud, especially late at night. Had issues with their payment processing system multiple times and ATM in lobby was out of service so had to go to local bank to withdraw cash which incurred fees. Check in at kiosk rather than front desk was very impersonate. Room booked online for $46, requested to extend stay another night, after 24 hours with no response from hotel via app I walked to the kiosk and was told it would be $80 for an additional night or I could book online but would have to check out at 11 am and then re-check in at 3 pm. Note the hotel was far from fully booked and online I could book 2 additional nights for $85. Booking.com was not helpful either. Vending machine prices in lobby are outrageous, $2 for a 12 ounce soda and $2.50 for a regular size candy bar. Before returning the $50 security deposit housekeeping will not only check your room for damages but also begin cleaning (stripping beds) before giving the front desk the ok to return the deposit. Lengthy process.

This hotel is nothing but a disaster! The rooms are NOT cleaned, as they claimed they are. This hotel once provided services to homeless people in Marion County via Family Promise of Greater Indiana. It's helps if you have no other option until you can do better. Looks like the rental prices for the week & for the month has increased. Drug infestation. Nor does the owners keep up the property. Pretty Princess

Booked the room late at night. There was a gentleman behind the counter but I was directed to a big screen where a woman was going to assist me. I thought that was really weird. They also have a refundable $50 deposit that wasn't mentioned online when I originally made the reservation. I got it back the next morning, it was just a surprise. Other than that, fabulous. Excellent housekeeping, rooms were great.

I booked this hotel expecting decent quality for the high price, ( I paid $255 for one night)but the room was filthy, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, and there was a strong unpleasant smell. Bedding didn’t seem fresh either. Definitely not worth the money. I’ve stayed in much cheaper places that were cleaner and more comfortable. Would not recommend avoid if you value cleanliness and service.
