Best Western St. Francisville Hotel

Front desk was rude from the jump. Lady in the front had an attitude my entire stay here. For starters, she told me I couldn’t have any visitors for the 4 nights I was there. Which was weird. She told me if I don’t like it then I can leave. Extremely disrespectful and unwelcoming. Then the next day she came to my room and said it was checkout time. When I had the room for 2 more days. The day before I left, she went inside my room and changed the sheets. However, this was before checkout time! You should not be trying to kick me out before checkout! Especially when I’m not there, trying to be nosy! The room was not all of that and a bag of chips! Towels were dirty, no microwave or fridge, AC makes so much noise it’s louder than the TV with the volume all the way up! No ice machine here either. She needs to get it together. There are indeed other motels surrounding this one, and with the low amount of people that was there when I was there, she ought to be grateful I decided to spend my money here!

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I pull in park under the canopy to go and check in and the door into the lobby is locked. It had a sign posted with the times that it would be locked and that is totally understandable (when you realize the kind of place you're in). Wouldn't have been an issue AT ALL, IF it was between those hours but it was not. They have a bell to press to notify that you are there but I really don't understand why put in that much effort for a buzzer you just aren't going to answer. So I stood there pressing this thing for a good while with no response. I walk outside to check if there may be another door but there isn't. As I turn around to make my way back o notice through the glass that looks into the lobby that the lady (owner I'm sure if the establishment is there and it looks to me like she was hiding. SERIOUSLY! FINALLY we start the process of checking in. Where she charges me an additional 20$ a day fee on top of what ive already paid online when booking because a friend would be coming to visit with me while in town. Totally don't understand that one because they have NO BREAKFAST, NO POOL, NO ANYTHING TO DO BUT BE IN YOUR ROOM. OH WAIT IT DID STATE THAT ONE OF THE AMENITIES WAS A VENDING MACHINE BUT WE'VE NEVER EVEN USED A VENDING MACHINE AND RIGHT NOW I'M JUST BEING THE SMARTASS. 2nd part of this whole ordeal is when we leave the room for a while and it's starting to get dark out. When we return It in now dark out and they literally have girls in hardly no clothes at all like they working at a strip club walking around like this is the normal activity of the place and I'm sure it is. I've seen prostitutes on the street with more clothes than they has on. I believe it was a string 🤷🏻‍♀️. If my kids would have been with me I would have livid and probably would have lost my shit. 3rd red flag was seeing a roach ( not a tree roach ) crawling on the entertainment center. 🤢 Ewwww. Had to sleep with the lights on because it made me feel like there would be a less likely chance of getting crawled on.... I'm sure there was more, but those issues were the ones that stayed with me to this day. I'm just leaving this review now because it came up in my maps wanting me to give a review. Which I was as soon as I got my deposit back but totally forgot.

We stayed here last night 5/18/2025 the rooms are raggedy and full of roaches. They had roaches crawling all over the room and in the bed. We was up killing house pets no rest and no refund.
