Customer experiences
Amazing experience! Eleni truly took her time to work through every muscle and relieve deep tension. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a thorough, thoughtful massage session.
I was a long-time loyal client of Eleni. I believed in her work and kept coming back — even when it meant driving a long way to sit in a basement office of a building that’s been for sale forever. I overlooked the red flags. I told myself: she’s good at what she does. And she is. But only until money gets involved. Because when it comes to payments, Eleni changes. She insists on full payment upfront. But if you ever have to cancel or ask for your unused “package” money back — the warm, professional Eleni disappears. What you’ll face instead is stonewalling, excuses, and ultimately… nothing. No refund. No accountability. Just a wall of silence. She has owed me money for years. And I’m not the only one. But most people don’t speak up — because they don’t want to believe someone they trusted would act this way. So here’s the truth no one wants to say: Eleni does not give refunds. Not now. Not ever. If you’re okay with that — proceed. But go in with your eyes open.
Wow, Eleni knows every single spot on my duby! I can't thank her enough! I’ve even sent my wife and family her way. Eleni, you are absolutely the best! 🎉
UPDATE: After I posted this yesterday, a) The apparent owner of this business called my cell phone (how did she get my cell phone number, other than via the appointment I had made??) and left a long rambling message sort of half-apologizing, but again denying that I had an appointment. b) The apparent owner then just now posted a toxic response to my comment, claiming she doesn't even offer 30minute appointments; see new screenshots attached, of what happened 5 minutes ago when I went to the business "Bethesda Massage and Bodyworks", and clicked on "BOOK APPOINTMENT"; the same process I went thru yesterday. This seems to be some sort of misunderstanding, but I'm not aware of any wrongdoings or innaccuracies on my part. ----------- A bizarre negative experience. I booked a 30-min massage online (the place looked reputable), went to the address, and it’s deep in the basement of a building that clearly appears to be abandoned, with nothing but a huge “FOR LEASE” sign on the front. The front door to the building was locked and nobody was picking up their phone. Someone else going to the office right next door to it appeared and we walked there together. She told them I was there. The door to this actual business was locked. Finally a female voice sort of yelled from inside (without opening the door) something like “Yeah, what do you want?” I said “Well, I booked a massage online…”. The voice responded “That’s impossible - I don’t know how you did that,” then mumbled some sort of goodbye. I knocked a couple more times, at this point with no aspirations of receiving a massage but I thought the person might at least appreciate me showing how I booked the appointment online, to avoid endless mishaps with other people in the future. No answer. So on the way out I stepped in to use the bathroom, and it’s in a condition I wouldn’t hope any public school would let their bathroom run down to be. I’ll post pics of all these things.
