I had been seeing Nasreen at Beyond Physiotherapy White Rock for a few months treating some tendinitis in my wrist. One day I had somehow hurt my back and showed up to my appointment in tears because of the pain so Nasreen just quickly switched up my treatment and did some therapies for my back. I saw her daily until my back pain had fully subsided. She is a truly kind, caring and knowledgeable professional. So glad to have her as my PT and I will be back for any other issues I may have. Can not recommend her enough!

A friend had mentioned Beyond Physio on Foster St in White Rock. I had a knee replacement and needed physio 2 times a week. Kastir was excellent and professional. He worked with me to get my knee to straighten and bend well after my surgery. He gave me informed exercises and suggestions to do at home to for an early recovery. He worked with me to gain flexibility and improve my knee extension. Thank you for helping me recover from the knee surgery.

I had a hand sports injury and was in a cast for two months. My four fingers had very limited movement. I went to Beyond Physiotherapy in White Rock and had two sessions with Mrs. Nasreen Kara. I noticed impressive results right after the first visit. Nasreen is experienced, kind and friendly. Her hands truly work wonders. After the second session, I saw a big improvement in the mobility of my fingers and wrist joint. I am going to visit her for more sessions until I recover completely. She is amazing, and I would definitely recommend Nasreen at Beyond Physiotherapy in White Rock.
