Ashley and Danielle are helpful, and quick to resolve issues. Communication with them is easy, either through phone calls or email. Move in process was smooth. When there is minor issue with the house, I submit a maintenance request, and it is usually resolved in a few days.

I was sent a delinquency notice, even though this management company cashed my checks for HOA dues. When I questioned their accounting and sent copies/images from my bank of the cash checks, they made up another reason to defend their poor accounting. It’s laughable, but they claim that the delinquency had been on the account for five months prior to them sending me the delinquency notice. What company waits 5 months before addressing a delinquent account?. I don’t trust this company and this is why I give then 1 star, but really they deserve 0 stars
