I’ve been a tenant 8 plus years. I have never had a bad experience. Maintenance requests are promptly taken care of and my property is safe, neat and well maintained. Ms. Cindy is thee best property manager-you can call her with concerns/questions and she is quick to get back to you. I would highly recommend UMR.

Great property managers for my landlord. They take care of maintenance fast and are all very kind people who work with your time frame. Dean helped out around the yard today. Cleaned up and did an excellent job! Gary is also another great maintenance worker. All great personalities

Been living here for my 2nd year now and everything I request maintenance for - from an accidental broken window to a clogged sink to a leaking ceiling after a New Orleans style thunderstorm- it’s taken care of within a couple of days but most of the time within 24 hours. Above and beyond work which is sometimes difficult to find especially in this city. Shoutout to Dean who is the best maintenance employee. The office is also extremely reasonable with any complaints or concerns. I moved in here upon whim- signed my lease without even touring the place and I absolutely love it. I am super satisfied and plan to stay for the rest of my years training as a physician in New Orleans.
