My rating is 0. I've experienced the WORST customer service from this company. Asim was very rude when I spoke with him, and Claire or whatever her name is, blocks out the number she's calling from, after leaving voicemails asking them not to do so. The family who referred them to me will be disappointed. So you're welcome for losing a customer that's able to pay 6 months in advance.

My house has been a rental for 25 years. Four months ago, I switched to Billeaud Property Management, working with Robert! This switch turned out to be a game changer! Robert told me what needed to be done to get my house rental ready- he was not extravagant, just nailed what needed to be done! I had lots of questions, and Robert succinctly responded to them! A new tenant has moved in! I am just so very pleased with Billeaud Property Management.
