Dan StoyakI have an Electrolux dishwasher that wasn’t draining. I called on Friday and he was out on Wednesday. His arrival window was 12 noon to 300 PM and he arrived at 215. Prior to the appointment, I sent him the serial number and model number for the unit. I was pleasantly surprised that he stopped off at the supply house and had a replacement pump with him when he arrived at my house. The drain pump was seized up and he was able to get it to work by just twisting the rotor. Even though he had a replacement pump with him, he felt it was not necessary to replace the pump so I opted not to. I applaud his integrity. We ran the unit through a couple of additional cycles, and on the second test, the pump again seized up so the decision was made to replace the pump. When he opened the replacement pump, Electrolux requested that he return the original pump as part of a parts investigation program and they included return shipping materials Anyway, he did replace the pump without issue. The kitchen was left immaculate. Total charge was around $300 which was clearly explained before work began. Total service visit was approximately two and one half hours
