I would not recommend. This overpriced hotel has 2 rooms: one with 2 beds and one with 1 bed. We had booked the room with 2 beds, but when we arrived, THEY HAD GIVEN OUR ROOM TO SOMEONE ELSE. No refund! No discount! Just an "oops!" We at least were not out on the street, but we had to share a bed in the other room when that was definitely not the plan. This hotel is like sleeping in an RV: cramped and with minimal amenities, and it is literally next to the busy, noisy, fish-fry smelling Fisherman's Wharf restaurants. Breakfast was nice, but it is a coupon for a restaurant across the park with minimal seating. At the time, the owner told me she was going to give me a whopping $50 back on my 1-night $400+ bill, but then Crickets... I would not spend my money here.

An unforgettable stay! Nothing is more magical than starting your day with a cup of coffee on the water in the company of seals, or ending it with a stroll around the warf at sunset. The host was incredibly hospitable and communicated clearly. Hope to return soon!

What a wonderful place to stay. The host was warm and friendly and a great help with the surrounding area. Our room was wonderful, we stayed in the poppy room. So bright and cheery. Close to all that you might want to see. The water taxi was so cool. We went to the end of the line and walked back along the harbour. So many things to do and see! Choosing where to eat is hard with so many wonderful places all around!

We loved our experience in an one of a kind Float home in the Victoria Harbor. It even came with a deck and chilled wine glasses! Lots of privacy and small touches to make our visit perfect and memorable. Careen was a great hostess who gave us a very nice breakfast te next morning... after the BEST sleep ever! There was so much to see and do. Thanks Careen!
