I wish I would’ve found this place when I first started out in trucking. Bison actually treats you like family. Dispatch is awesome, management is top tier, safety is top tier, shop crew is top tier, everything is good. I finally feel like I found a job that actually pays me for the work I do. I’ve been here over 90 days & everything is what they said it would be, I recommend. Especially the Sumter Terminal! 🫡

Regional Driver here. Other than poor communication at times, and the 3 old broke down trucks they assigned me to in 1 year. Not bad, if I’m out at least 6 days that is almost guaranteed over 2000 miles a week, $1200-1400 weekly

Orientation was good, nice hotel, rental car offered. My truck was cleaned before given to me smelled good. Given needed fluids ahead of time I didn’t even need to ask. They met all my requirements/wants, given a inverter and apu!

My experience with Hartt/Bison Transport Sumter SC was unpleasant, they all worked together ineffectively. All staff members should be trained in effective communication to improve customer service. They manage their interactions with you based on their emotions, so if you do something to upset them, there's a chance they won't give you a load.
