UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet

Went to the UPS customer service center in Old Dunbar road and there was a note on the door saying it closed permanently in June, 2024. Happened to see a UPS driver go by as I was pulling out, followed him to his next stop and he took my shipment. Nice guy and he explained where I could drop off packages. Supposedly Advanced Auto in Gaston said they weren’t taking packages anymore, but the driver said they were. CVS will be where we’ll go next time I need to ship something.

I am always so disheartened when I have to have something delivered through UPS, because our local hub is West Columbia and the employees here absolutely never deliver things on time. Did you get overnight delivery? Too bad, the West Columbia branch couldn’t care less. Have a question? Don’t bother, if they do bother to answer the phone, they give rude and vague answers nearing accusatory of you calling them in the first place. Save yourself the trouble and go through FedEx.

We had a lost package from this location and the lovely workers helped me every step of the way! They were in constant contact with me about the claim and any status changes. I really appreciate their eagerness to get my problem solved!
