Martina is great and super helpful. I run a small business from my home and all I have to do is text her and my packages are picked up from my front door the next day by her super friendly. She makes dealing with any mail services so easy. I appreciate her and her team.

If you live in Foxbank beware. I have had more packages thrown, kicked, and dropped by this company delivering for USPS and so have my neighbors. Total disregard for other people's belongings, and completely unprofessional. Edit for the business responding: USPS and myself have reached out to you to fix the issue. USPS told me it was your company and the logo is on the side of your vans, don't gaslight me like I do not know to read. You were also emailed, and called with no response. Do not try and save face on Google and not follow through. A real "CEO" knows how to mitigate complaints and fix their employees behavior, behavior that has been ongoing for two years. A complaint was put in with the US Postal investigation service, so you can talk to them since you don't communicate with anyone else.

I run my Tupperware business from my home and I have a lot of pick ups. I just text Martina and Cordell picks up the following day with a happy smiling face. Always such a pleasure to see and chat with. Thank you so much for helping me to better take care of my customers. I appreciate you especially during this SUPER busy mail time of year.
