I had booked a table for two on a Thursday evening after a long day of sightseeing, and everything seemed fine at first. However, things took a turn when our drinks arrived. Both cocktails were a bit too strong, and when the waiter came to check on us, he began unnecessarily describing the ingredients, despite us not asking for any details. I assumed he was just trying to fill the quiet since there were more staff than customers, so we waited. But then, when he asked what we thought of the drink, he had the audacity to say "it wasn’t for everyone" before walking away. The service felt really unprofessional. I decided to order another glass of Merlot, thinking it would be a nice way to unwind in the garden. What truly disappointed us was when the bill came. They charged us for tap water, which was a bit of a shock. On top of that, we were charged for service, which gave us the feeling we were being overcharged for a lackluster experience. Honestly, there are better options in the area, like Garden 120, which we visited earlier that day and had a much more pleasant experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to others given the poor service and the feeling that we weren’t getting value for what we paid.
Luna sgFirst time in Florattica, but not last. I loved it. You can leave your jacket at the entry. Staff are really friendly. Kelvin attended us really well, then we met Alex and Juan, they made us feel at home, they are so nice!
BiancaI loved this place, the experience was amazing, the people there were so friendly, kind and helpful. Never have we ever felt ignored, they were always there ready for us. It was truly the best experience we’ve ever had HIGHLY recommend. The views were amazing too but the people working there just made it even better. If we will come to London again, we will make sure to come by this place again. Thank you very much for you kindness.
