Sushmitha VI had a great experience overall at Blacklock Soho—the ambiance was warm, and the service was excellent. However, I tried the barbecue cauliflower, and it wasn’t quite to my taste. The flavors were overwhelmingly pungent, with an intense garlic presence, and it was far too salty. While I appreciate bold seasoning, this one missed the mark for me. That said, the restaurant itself was enjoyable, and I’d be happy to return to try other dishes.
Christina DLPWe had the best service and the most pleasant Sunday roast at Blacklock Soho. Our server Frederico, was amazing and made our meal very special. Food was delicious, highly recommend the pork roast. Reasonably priced for the quantity and quality of your meal. Come hungry!
JanieJayThe restaurant is located in the basement, so you have to walk down. The entrance at street level isn’t very big. I went on New Year’s Eve and had made a booking in advance since this place gets quite busy. I ordered the ‘All In,’ which includes a mix of beef, pork, and lamb, along with a choice of side dishes. For me, the lamb and beef were pretty good some pieces were slightly dry and too chewy, but overall, the portion was very generous. Definitely worth it!

But again, their steak is no doubt highly recommended. Do not forget to pair your steak with their signature Blacklock gravy. Better to book in advance to avoid long wait especially on a weekend.
