Absolutely horrible customer service. They forgot to take the security tag off one of my items. We went back to them to get it off and they asked for proof of purchase which we then provided. They proceeded to ask us for the tags to all other items on the receipt which makes ABSOLUTELY ZERO sense because those items were left at home and the tags were obviously removed. I had someone on the phone who was trying to look for it. It’s a private conversation between me and her. Not once did the person (on the phone) speak to the cashier. The cashier proceeds to speak to us in a very disrespectful tone by telling me to tell her to “calm down” She’s on the phone, she isn’t even speaking to you, she’s speaking to me. I’ve had great experiences at other garages but this specific location has always had so many issues with their customer service and their employees having the most arrogant and disrespectful tone and attitudes towards their customers. It was a mistake on your companies end and you also have zero right to speak to someone on a phone call that isn’t even addressing you. Train your employees better because all this type of attitude does is escalate situations and reflect poorly on your company. I see why this specific location has such a bad reputation.

Wear an item once it turns to garbage. Hints the word 'garage'... Been a loyal customer and recently they have jacked up their prices. Be wary. They sent me an item in used stained condition. Then they had the audacity to not compensate me for a dirty used stained dress absolutely unacceptable, especially with the big price tags they charge dont recommend. Shop anywhere else you'll find better deals and quality elsewhere. Terrible customer service and you will have to chase them down just to get a hold of them 0 stars if I could.

We bought jeans for 67.86 dollars that were teared after 2 WEEKS of wearing. Not to construction work. Just regular wearing to meet with friend and to school. Zero customer service. Zero quality. Never, never again.
