I have been attending Melita's Saturday 9am Hot Yoga Class for over 10 years. The welcoming atmosphere and attention to her students keeps me coming back year after year. I lived in Tucson for a year and made sure to go to class the Saturdays I was back in town over that year. I have also found friendships in the class and a support system that goes beyond class time. As long as this class is offered by Melita and I am able, I will be there.

I highly recommend BlissBlissBliss!! I started going because of some TMJ pain, and quickly signed up for a membership. Ashley is so kind, welcoming, friendly, and an amazing provider. She helped me so much with my neck pain, and I really enjoyed getting to know her! Fantastic experience all around - thank you so much!

Brittany was fantastic! She was thorough and in-tune to my body and its needs. Th whole experience was fantastic, she made me feel comfortable and at ease because this was my first time trying Reiki. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking bodywork or energy work.
