My stay at the Indy Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were stylish, clean, and thoughtfully designed — a perfect balance of comfort and modern touches. What stood out the most was the attention to detail: cozy linens, great lighting, and smart amenities that made the space feel elevated. The location is also unbeatable — close to some great local cafes, restaurants, and downtown attractions, yet still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The hotel truly captures the charm of Indianapolis in both its design and hospitality. Whether you’re visiting for work or a weekend getaway, I’d highly recommend the Indy Hotel. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

Cheap and you get what you pay for. Confusing as they have three different hotel signs on the building itself. No pool, hotel is always under Reno, so holes in the entrance roof, hallways, and the entire first floor, so no extras, dirty to look at. Breakfast is a takeout box with snacks at the front desk. Rooms aren't clean, flies everywhere. Hairs on the towels, writing on the doors, mold in the bathroom, that just gets a fresh coat of paint, no bathroom fan so no wondering why it's so poor. The elevators only work at the lobby, not at the other end of the halls. AC takes 24 hrs to cool the room. Drawers are broken. Plugs cannot charge your devices, and the plugs just shut off when any significant power is required. But for $50 a night, you get a roof, walls, a bed, TV, and a janky lock on the door. You're right off the highway so bring ear plugs to sleep.

This hotel is ran poorly I strongly suggest anyone that’s looking for a place to rest to look elsewhere. I got in this morning from working and was tired and went to sleep. And when I woke up to use the bathroom. I saw a bug crawling on the bathroom counter that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I tried calling the number provided for this hotel and it’s disconnected for a refund.

STAY AWAY!!! Do not waste your time, this place is horrible!!! When I arrived, the outside grounds and neighboring buildings were run down. You could immediately tell, this is a bad area. I decided to go in, maybe the inside was better. The lobby is decent, but under renovation. When I went up to the room, I was told by staff to check for any damages so we didn’t get charged. I found multiple items that I notified management of. In the shower was a used wash rag and the bottom of the tub was not clean. We had to run out to grab something for the car, upon leaving the room, the door handle fell off. We called the front desk and the night manager came up. He tried to get us to stay in the room with the broken handle. When we told him this was unacceptable, we were continually told there were no more rooms on the 5th floor, however, there were available rooms on the 3rd floor. We were shown 4 rooms. Two had lots of damage, and the final two had roaches. We demanded our money back and left immediately. STAY AWAY!!!!! They get zero stars!!!
