I would recommend on the staff alone. Anastasia and Veronica are so friendly and professional. From check in to check out the staff was just helpful in every way. This made my stay enjoyable. The only problem is the carpets need a deep cleaning in the rooms. But besides that the experience of people friendly employees that stand out is wonderful.

So many things to say about this place— none of them are good. First of all, we came for a family reunion, so lots of our family stayed in this hotel. Not a good decision. Second, the room was halfway cleaned—how do I know this? Because a worker and a man came to banging on our door at 11pm, because supposedly the man had left his stuff in the room, because earlier he had the room that we were in. So we had to look for his clothing that he left in there. This is how I know that they didn’t clean up, because if they had cleaned properly, they would’ve seen the man’s stuff in there. Also, there was an open used bar of soap in the bathtub. I also saw most of the workers smoking and vaping. 2 of them were inside of the “fitness room” but it wasn’t any fitness things, only junk. Then at a room across the hall it was very loud and people were calling each other slurs. The walls must be paper thin. And then when we made a complaint, they didn’t do anything about it, because it was still loud. It took me about an hour to fall asleep due to the noise. And don’t listen when they say they have hot free breakfast, it may be free but it sure wasn’t hot nor good. Don’t worry though, there’s a Walmart and Burger King in walking distance. The pool was green, doesn’t look like it has been cleaned. I can see why this is a low starred hotel. Never will stay here again. This ruined my whole trip. They need to do better , the hallways smell of cigarettes.

My first time in winnfield and stayed at hotel Mr kendrick who checked me in was amazing and has good customer service very helpful. Hotel is being renovated and explained everything very well to us. Veronica and her team were very nice and respectful and understanding on my situation.I surely recommend to others. Breakfast was very delicious and fulfilling. Thank you much for making me feel welcomed I enjoyed my stay. Good Job Veronica and her team

Window curtains wouldn't close. Tub/shower wouldn't drain. There was a used washcloth hanging in the shower curtain. Water was brown. Trash can liners were just thrown in the trash cans (unopened). Breakfast was pathetic. Doughy biscuits, rock hard bagels. However, the coffee was pretty good. Near as I could tell, the "Fitness Room" was being used for storage. You should be ashamed for charging over a hundred dollars a night for that kind of neglect.
