The Blue Key Property Management team offers excellent service at a great price! My wife and I moved out of town for work in early 2012 and contacted Blue Key to manage a vacant rental property for us (our first). Their professionals had a great attitude and approach. The presentation of the property to potential renters was excellent and the property was rented quickly; even the rental rate was higher than we had initially anticipated. My husband and I were Blue Key tenants for 3 years when we moved to Portland before buying our home. The Blue Key team was professional, attentive and kind. We had amazing service from Chris, Torsten, Mari and Tina. We appreciated their attention to detail and glad they wanted to maintain the property we were renting as much as we did! Their efficient tenant portal was easy to set up monthly auto pays and also to request maintenance if we ever needed (which, I should mention was attended to quickly and efficiently). I would highly recommend them and had we not bought our home, would still be renting from Blue Key!

Blue Key was punctual and professional in all of our interactions with them. Whenever we had issues with anything related to the property, their maintenance and service teams were quick to respond and get things fixed while working with our schedule. When we had to move out due to some personal life events that the owner was going through, they were accommodating and understanding in helping us navigate the complexities of the issue as well as making sure that the deposit was turned around as quickly as possible. Can’t say enough great things about this company and it’s people!!
