I was at the London store today to make an enquiry about a brand new watch I just bought this May at the Maison Lafayette in Paris which I discovered was not working and confirmed after being checked at Timpson office. I thought the store here could assist with a solution given the 2 year warranty. However, the lady at the till was very rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. For such a brand, it was disappointing and shows how lowly clients are treated. She doesn’t deserve that role or should be retrained to be kind, professional and avoid profiling clients. No wonder the store was empty..terrible customer service

Awful experience. Bought an outfit for my sister’s wedding last May - dress completely fell apart at seams on the day leaving me with nothing to wear but an outfit in pieces - even a seamstress on site couldn’t fix it. Handled so badly by staff after the event and no compensation offered with awful communication. Wouldn’t ever recommend or buy anything from Balmain ever again. Dreadfully made dress and only fit for the catwalk. Completely ruined the day for me and a lot of stress caused.
