God I hate having to give them 1 star. I was the unfortunate buyer of merchandise where the seller used BS without my input. I have been dealing with truck drivers off and on for 40 years. Most of them are great guys who are willing to go the extra mile and are super helpful. My BS driver, I think his name was Chris, defined the opposite of that. He delivered to me in Oakwood GA on Monday 8/18. He was an hour outside of the delivery window and didn't care. However, since he was so late, I had left delivery location and the fact that I had to drive 10 minutes back there was a BIG issue with him. He was so rude that I had no choice but to rebuke his attitude, so he just hung up on me. When I got there and called to let him know I was there, he hung up on me again. Once there I can say with absolute certainty that he was the rudest, least helpful, surliest person, not just truck driver, that I have ever dealt with as a customer. That includes McDonald's and every minimum wage worker I have met in my 57 years. Everyone seems to have glowing reviews of their courier service, but their trucking service should be avoided like the plague.

I had ordered a pit boss grill, which was large and heavy. First time having Blue Streak Couriers and they did not disappoint. Shipping was very fast. I received regular text and voice calls verifying details. The driver put the large pallet weighing several hundred pounds exactly where I requested and the invoice even had notes from a confirmation call just hours prior to delivery. I highly recommend Bleu Streak Couriers.

The actual delivery was fine; the order was complete and undamaged. Some confusion on initial text contact as I was driving mountain roads; my response was delayed and we missed scheduled delivery slot. Once we started communicating things went well.

They used to be just okay, now they are terrible. I’ve even had my driver tell me he was too busy to come today so he didn’t . What should take one day to get can take 2-3 days now. Pitiful service now AND why do you show all 5 stars ?? Anybody can scroll down and see all the 1 stars !!!
