This was our first time at BMC Baytown Hospital. At first I was a little hesitant, due to this being a smaller hospital. However, from our first interaction with the staff, we were VERY impressed!!! There was not a question that wasn’t answered, need that wasn’t met, and NEVER a grumpy answer from anyone. We highly recommend BMC Baytown!!!!!

Everyone was so professional and willing to help me with anything, so considerate. Lucy the cook is so sweet absolutely awesome! Nurse Depti was so great in addition to Crystal, Elizabeth. Abby was also great! I’m sorry if I missed anyone, everyone was on there game and focused on my health and comfort. Thank you all for everything! Kelly P.
