Lisssten, this is my FAVORITE BMW location ever.ive been to BMW service centers in Iowa, Atlanta, Texas and New Jersey, BMW of Manhattan is by far the best service center I have ever been to. It’s super easy to locate the service area, as soon as you drive into the building the VIP treatment begins, they have your paper work ready, an area for you to sit and wait if you need to. My service guy was Joel and he is so kind, he has gone above and beyond every single time I have visited. Life can be hard and hectic especially in the city and I always take notice when people are kind. Joel is so kind and I really appreciate the service and customer is experience.
