I scheduled an appointment with Sha’Quan today to address some serious neck/upper back muscle ailments. She offered me a few different pressure levels and I opted for a deep tissue massage. I walked away from a 45 minute session feeling both relaxed and absolutely relieved from pain that has been persistent for the past two days. Afterwards, she took the time to recommend some post-massage maintenance stretches and exercises. Hours later, and I'm still feeling great.
