Atif MohammedAbsolute useless. Booked a 2.00pm telephone call. Got two calls at 10:00 am whilst i was at work. Rang the centre and they said they can ring at any time. No where does it say that they can ring at anytime. It simply stated 2.00 pm. To add further to their incompetence the receptionist said the dr will call me in the evening. Evening time came and I recieved a text saying thry haven't been able to get in touch with me. I rang back and they said to re book appointment the next morning. I have checked via my nhs app there is not another phone appointment for weeks. Absolute miscommunication how on earth was i meant to know they can ring anytime. When the appointment was specifically for 2.00pm. I will be looking for another gp.

He took the time to listen closely to my concerns and genuinely tried to understand my needs, which made a world of difference. N “*****”Terrible getting through to them. Their phone line is ALWAYS constantly busy, and then disconnects or no one answers. Been trying to call them from 8am non stop and it's 8.37 am now, STILL line busy. At least you should put patients on hold rather than disconnecting the call. Please, sort out your phone lines!!! They're absolutely nightmare at the moment. Please, see attached screenshots of call logs from 8am to 8.35 am. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! REALLY WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR 0 STAR OR -!!! SORT YOUR PHONES OUT FOR GOD SAKE!!!
